Delivery Policy:

  • Plugnplay Technologies will deliver the goods ordered by the Customer to the address specified in the order form. The date of delivery shall be the date on which Plugnplay Technologies delivers the goods ordered by the Customer to its agent or carrier.
  • Any delivery notes or waybill or invoice (copy or original) signed by the Customer or a third party engaged to transport the goods and held by Plugnplay Technologies shall be prima facie proof that delivery was made to the Customer and are in accordance with the quality and quantity reflected thereon.
  • All orders and variations to orders are subject to these terms and conditions. Only written orders and variations to orders will be accepted by Plugnplay Technologies. This notwithstanding, Plugnplay Technologies may, at its sole discretion, elect to accept and act upon telephonic orders and any variations to orders. Plugnplay Technologies however reserves the right to refuse delivery or collection of any order until placed in possession of a written order form.
  • Plugnplay Technologies shall be entitled to split the delivery of goods ordered in the quantities and on the dates, it decides with the prior consent of the Customer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

    All orders will be delivered to the Customer by a third party carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Plugnplay Technologies shall be entitled to invoice and deliver each order separately.
  • The risk of damage to or destruction of goods is passed to the Customer on signature of the delivery receipt upon delivery to the Customer or the Customer’s nominated representative and the Customer undertakes to insure the goods fully until paid for in full.
  • Plugnplay Technologies is hereby authorized to engage a third party on its behalf and on the terms deemed fit by Plugnplay Technologies to transport all goods purchased.
  • If the Customer chooses to engage in its own third party to transport the goods, the Customer indemnifies Plugnplay Technologies against any claims of whatsoever nature that may arise from such an agreement.
  • If a delivery date is specified, it will be deemed to be an estimate only. If the goods are not delivered by that time, no liability shall be accepted by Plugnplay Technologies for late delivery.
  • If the Customer fails to accept or take delivery of the goods by the agreed time, Plugnplay Technologies may charge storage fees at our discretion. In addition, we may charge additional costs if we have to re-arrange our manufacturing schedule to meet your needs.
  • All prices quoted exclude VAT unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
  • All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing by Plugnplay Technologies prior to order confirmation.
  • No discounts will be given on overdue accounts without prior approval from Plugnplay Technologies Management Team

    Exceptions:

    The delivery date is an estimation and is subject to stock shortages, public holidays or extraordinary events.
  • Stock shortages may result in delays or part delivery of orders.
  • Public holidays or extraordinary events may result in a temporary adjustment of the delivery schedule
  • Delivery times may vary by region and are not guaranteed.

  • Orders for Delivery:

    Delivery charges for every service are quoted during the checkout process and will be added to the invoice where applicable.

    Delivery times are estimated and not a guarantee of the delivery date.Extra surcharges will be for the customer’s account (e.g. fuel, outlying area, and drive away surcharge fees).
